Perfect beach retreat

Beautiful condo for a relaxing few days with girlfriends. Such a short walk to the beach. View was perfect from the first floor. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely be back.

Excellent vacation condo.

This place has all working amenities, with a fully loaded kitchen, including press grill and lots of bowls. The kitchen and bathroom looks recently redone and very functional. The location of the condo is great, right off the beach with great balcony view and hang out place.

Beautiful and clean

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room and were comfortable throughout our time here. There is no TV. You have to log in to your own streaming service which was fine for us.

No balcony

No balcony access on a beach front property is very disappointing, and being on the first floor is uncomfortable since it's so close to the beach entrance. Sofa bed definetely needs to be updated. The mattress is very old you can feel eveey spring!! We had to pile up blanquets trying to make it a little bit comfortable. Other than that, the unit was clean.

Great location

Great location...problem was the patio door was broken in the living area so you cant access patio or open door to outside view. Also parts of the painted ceiling was crumbling on floor in the master bath area. Otherwise the unit was clean and nice.

Great condo on the Beach

My parents and daughter and I enjoyed a long 3 day weekend at the beach in the condo. It had everything you needed to cook, bake and clean and they had multiple pillows and blankets for your comfort. The condo is on the first floor, right by the elevator so it makes packing and unpacking your car a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and loved the puzzles, games and toys for the kiddos to play with. A Bonus there was a fan in each room.

Balcony doors broken

We were very disappointed to see a hand written note on the balcony door that said it was broken and we could not use. If we would have know that, we never would have stayed. You can tell that the note had been hanging there for a long time because the duct tape that was holding it up was melted to the window. We picked this room becaise it had a beachfront balcony. Who wants to stay somewhere beach front where they can't even open the door??? We had access from the bedroom, but that door was broken and would not close all the way, so we had a constant hot breeze that the AC was having to fight against. Anyways, besides that it was good. It was clean enough and the kitchen was very well stocked. I like the location, and the beach was not busy so that was nice.

Great location could use some update and maintenance

The unit is older and need some minor maintenance issues fixed/repaired. The popcorn ceiling is coming down in the master bathroom and the kitchen and actually fell on the floor about the size of a paper plate when we were there. The living room sliding door to the balcony can’t be used because it has a broken frame and you must use the door in the bedroom. The battery in the smoke detector was low and beeped for 11 hours overnight before I finally found one in a drawer, the elevators are very slow and the stairs might be a better choice. The view from the balcony is great except this unit is directly over the boardwalk to the beach and everyone that comes back from the beach looks up at the unit. With the maintenance items fixed it is a nice location but I would like a couple of floors higher.

Good place to stay….

We enjoyed our stay at Lei Lani….this place could use a little updating…maybe some new paint…I would not say this place was dirty but could use a good cleaning. The location was great and we had no issues checking in or out.
