TY GARO - Beautiful family house with sea view

Welcome to TY GARO, a charming house situated in the peace and quiet of the countryside yet less than a kilometre from the sea. This comfortable house with its lovely sea view over the entrance to Aber Benoit is designed to comfortably accommodate families.

Before entering the house, you will be charmed by the large wooden terrace with its lovely sea view. The house has a large living room with a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room also has a fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire in winter after a good walk along the coast. On the ground floor, you'll also find a lovely bedroom with a 160x200 bed and direct access to the terrace. There is also a separate WC and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds (160x200), one of which also has a cot. These 2 bedrooms also offer a beautiful sea view from the velux window. The last bedroom is more of a children's room, with a bunk bed and games. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant evening al fresco on the large terrace overlooking the garden, creating a peaceful setting in which to relax.

This charming house is located 2 km from the market town of Landéda, where you will find all amenities.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
