ROSE Vacances offers you this single-storey house, in a quiet location, in the Grands Riaux district, two kilometres from the famous long beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

This house can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in peace and quiet.

With its peaceful, secure garden, this house offers the perfect environment for a holiday with family or friends!

The accommodation comprises a living room with two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair with TV and WiFi, and a dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (filter + Nespresso), dishwasher, etc.

On the night side, there is a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, a storage cupboard and a bedside table, and a fully-equipped en suite bathroom with a bath, a washbasin with storage unit, a towel rail and a hairdryer.
Separate WC.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, accessible from the garage, one with a double bed (140cm) and storage cupboard, and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed (140cm) and storage cupboard. There is also a shower room with shower, washbasin, storage cupboard and heated towel rail. An umbrella bed is also available.
Separate WC in the garage.

All this is complemented by a peaceful, fully enclosed, south-facing garden, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or to spend pleasant evenings around a barbecue. A set of garden furniture, a parasol, deckchairs and a gas barbecue are available.

In the garage, you will find four bicycles, a washing machine and all you need for cleaning.

You can park your car in front of the garage, or there is free street parking.

It's the perfect holiday base for making lots of memories!

7 minutes by bike from the town centre, the SNCF train station and the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
8 minutes by bike from the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne and its bars and restaurants.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a ‘late arrival’ package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
