Located on the edge of the Grand Bourg lagoon, the EFFET LAGOON is the wow effect. As soon as you arrive you will be captivated by the magnificent view and its direct access to the small beach.
You can spend your days under the large covered terrace very well ventilated: lounge, dining area and bar for festive aperitifs.
Hammocks, deckchairs await you for sunbathing in the garden facing the lagoon ideal for swimming.
At your disposal: kayak, paddle, long board, sets of fins masks snorkels, barbecue, outdoor shower.
The living room with its equipped and fitted kitchen opens onto the terrace: the cooking island faces the sea: the cooks will jostle!
In the sleeping area, you will have four air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms including one with toilet, a toilet. All the charm of the Antilles: wooden shutters, wooden windows with slats for excellent natural ventilation.
