Owner partially live on the second floor Villa Suite Room when in the Philippines. I am from California retired Nurse from Kaiser. I come home 2x a year. A manager Abby manages the Resort and Pavilion
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very safe, which th the City Mayor house on the left side and La Union Congressman on the Right dude corner. The Beach is just few steps of the Resort
What makes this property unique
Huge landscaped garden with huge pool and with direct beach access. Will accommodate weddings, big events, Team Buildings in large numbers. Huge parking for Bus , private cars , motorcycles and more
