New and luxurious, Park City Ridgeline Contemporary sits within one of the newest communities within the Canyons Village. This condominium is within walking distance to the Canyons Village base where you will find restaurants, shops, mountain access, and so much more!

The property is spacious, offering three levels, 3,583 square feet with five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in true comfort.

Entering the property through either the front door or garage entrance puts you into the main level great room, featuring the gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area.

Living Room: Settle back into modern furnishings surrounding a warm gas fireplace. There is a Smart TV (with cable and music streaming) for your enjoyment. The room is spacious and features numerous windows that bring in the natural light and wooded views. Access the adjacent patio to enjoy a soothing private hot tub.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with a convection oven and a SubZero refrigerator. Kitchen prep will be easy on the gorgeous stone counters with a large center island providing seating for four. You will also find all necessary cooking essentials and utensils to create your favorite homemade meals.
