You will find all the comfort and equipment you will need: a separate bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony!
Located in the heart of Nice, close to the tramway, Old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais, restaurants and multiple shops!

A separate bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine are at your disposal. Please note: the mezzanine is only a sleeping space, it should be noted that the height is 80cm, just enough to sleep in.
A separate bathroom with a bathtub where you can relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped.

You will be ideally located in the heart of Nice and can easily explore the city on foot.
Car: You can park your vehicle in the “Nice Etoile” paid car park located 50 meters from the apartment.
Tramway: You are 200 meters from the “Jean Médecin” stop for Tramway lines 1 and 2.
Train: You are 10 minutes on foot or by tram from the Nice SNCF station, from where you can go directly to Villefranche, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco, Cannes etc...
Airport: You are 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by tram from the airport.
Beaches: You are a 10-minute walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.


Right in the city center, between the main avenue Jean Médecin, the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, and Old Nice!
It is the most commercial district of the city, full of life and particularly lively! The best restaurants in Nice, concept stores and atypical bars are flourishing there like hotcakes.
Its colors sometimes make you believe you are in Italy! The cornices offer you magnificent walks in the sun from morning to evening, with your feet in the water (or almost).


The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the apartment before your arrival as well as upon your departure.
These costs also include the provision and cleaning of household linen: bed linen, towels and bath mats, tea towels.
Finally, they include the provision of welcome products to make your stay pleasant upon your arrival: coffee, tea, soaps, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. These products are made available to you upon your arrival but are not replenished during your stay.
