Enjoy your stay on the Côte d'Azur in complete peace and quiet in this large 75m2 apartment overlooking an interior courtyard! You will find all the comfort and equipment you will need: two independent bedrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies.
Located in the heart of Nice, close to the tramway, the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, Old Nice, restaurants and multiple shops!

Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room are at your disposal. A separate bathroom with a shower where you can relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Enjoy the Côte d'Azur sun on the balconies!
You will be ideally located in the heart of Nice and can easily explore the city on foot.
- Tramway L2: “Alsace-Lorraine” stop 200 meters away
- Promenade des Anglais: 2 minutes on foot, 300 meters
- SNCF station: 10 minutes on foot
- Place Masséna: 15 minutes on foot
- Old Nice: 15 minutes on foot

You can easily park your vehicle in the “Palmeira” paid car park located 150 meters from the apartment.


Right in the city center, between Avenue Gambetta and the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches!
It is the most commercial district of the city, full of life and particularly lively! The best restaurants in Nice, concept stores and atypical bars are flourishing there like hotcakes.
Its colors sometimes make you believe you are in Italy! The cornices offer you magnificent walks in the sun from morning to evening, with your feet in the water (or almost).
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Car: You can park your vehicle in the “Palmeira” paid car park located 150 meters from the apartment.
Tram: You are 200 meters from the “Alsace-Lorraine” stop of tram line 2 which serves the airport.
Train: You are 10 minutes walk from the Nice SNCF train station, from where you can go directly to Villefranche, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco, Cannes etc...
Airport: You are 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by tram from the airport.
Beaches: You are a 2-minute walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.
Bus: You are 100 meters from the Gambetta/Bottero station for lines 11 and 87.


The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the apartment before your arrival as well as upon your departure.
These costs also include the provision and cleaning of household linen: bed linen, towels and bath mats, tea towels.
Finally, they include the provision of welcome products to make your stay pleasant upon your arrival: coffee, tea, soaps, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. These products are made available to you upon your arrival but are not replenished during your stay.
