Le Jarente - Appt pour 2 centre de Lyon

To discover the capital of Gaul, come and stay at the "Jarente" without further delay, a 50 square meter apartment, located in Ainay in the 2nd arrondissement, in the heart of the Lyon's peninsula, south of place Bellecour and north of Lyon Perrache train/subway station. On the 6thᵉ and top floor (elevator), the apartment is located under the roofs of a beautiful 1900s building. Ideal for exploring the city or a business trip.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A first door which takes you into an airlock, then we open a second door which takes us to an atypical apartment under the roof.
- Two doors make up the entrance (a wardrobe) and another laundry area with the washing machine/dryer.
- Then on your left, a bedroom, with a double bed (140x190), numerous wall cupboards, and a Velux window.
- A bathroom, with shower, a large sink and a toilet.
- The living room/kitchen area includes 2 skylights and a window overlooking our beautiful Fourvière basilica.
This area also includes a sofa, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a round table for 4 and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, baking sheets, microwave ...)

The neighborhood:
- The district's main monument is the Romanesque basilica of Saint-Martin d'Ainay. There is also home the Musée des Tissus et des Arts décoratifs of Lyon, and its main thoroughfare is the pedestrian Rue Victor-Hugo (shopping street). Most of the buildings in this bourgeois district were constructed during the Restoration period.
- Just a stone's throw from the banks of the Saône, it's an ideal base for visiting the St. Georges, St. Jean and St. Paul districts.
- A lot of art and antique galleries.
- Many local shops, where Lyonnais and French gastronomy are well represented: bakeries, butchers, cheesemongers, delicatessens... restaurants (including L'école Vatel), coffee shops, tearooms ....

Transportation :
- Metro line A: Ampère Victor Hugo stop
- Metro line D: Bellecour and many bus lines. C9,C20,C12,C10,40....
- Nearest train station on foot 5 minutes or a metro station with line A. Gare de Lyon Perrache.
- Saint-Exupéry Airport in 30 minutes with the Rhône express from Part-Dieu station.
- Tramway at Perrache station, line T1 and T2 (to go to Confluence)
