Lovely Home

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed... the perfect stay for the four of us. We also enjoyed seeing the deers, rabbits, and turkeys around the house. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Romantic getaway

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for my birthday weekend. We love the sunny deck with beautiful ocean views, the long hiking trail along the coast, the beautiful bathtub in the master suite, and the hot tub under the stars. Pure bliss.

Peaceful and scenic retreat

We booked this property for a mini writing retreat and it was the perfect atmosphere! It has gorgeous views of the water and forest from most parts of the house. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking and we really loved looking at the stars with a glass of wine from the the hot tubs.the walk to shell beach is lovely. We would definitely come back!

Thanksgiving at Sea Ranch!

First time ever we spent the holiday away from family. While the food was not as wonderful as home the accommodation was excellent!

Relaxing weekend away

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this charming Sea Ranch house. The quiet mornings and night-filled skies were a welcome break from city life. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Sea Ranch getaway

House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend.

Short summer vacation

Excellent accommodations! Beautiful clean home with a wonderful hot tub for watching the night sky. Short drive to Gualala to pick up essentials. Nice walk from the house down to Shell Beach and to check out the Sea Ranch chapel. Private driveway with neighbors not too close on either side.

Cozy Woodstove Hot Tub Beach View

Wonderful experience with family, hiking during the day and enjoying the woodstove and hot tub under the stars in the evening. Cozy small home with nice layout and lots of windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Discover Sea Ranch

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house, just the right size for a couple or two and a few minutes from beaches, Sea Ranch Lodge, and Gualala. The view of the night sky from the deck when the weather is clear is absolutely sublime. 100% would recommend.

Ocean Views

Wonderful deck / hot tub overlooking the ocean. The street is peaceful and quiet. The house was comfortable overall. The host was very accomodating and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended.

Magnificent!

Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations with everything you need. We enjoyed a week here and the location was perfect- about the middle of Sea Ranch- for easy walking and driving access to the coastal trail and beaches and to nearby towns for food and groceries. The night sky is absolutely incredible and we marveled at the stars and Milky Way while enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub. Peaceful and stunning. Would love to book again!

Great location, good value

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. We appreciated having the beautiful ocean view, hot tub, and access to miles of trails without being near the bluff trail will all of the foot traffic. The property was exactly as advertised, we would return any time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely home in a beautiful place.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is welcoming and had everything we needed. Marissa was great/quick to respond with our questions and there was clear communication/instructions on everything. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Nice house and beautiful spot

Our family of four had a great time! The house is clean and well appointed. We especially loved hot tubs at night under the stars and even in the rain. A cozy place to sit out some storms and venture out when rains subsided.

Excellent property in Sea ranch near shell beach. Perfect for a family of up to 5. Beautiful view with nice deck and hot tub. Comfortable master bedroom as swell a loft bed room and small single bed room . New listing but would stay again.

We are a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 10. We have fallen in love with the Sea Ranch and all of its beauty. We love to travel and explore new places. At the Sea Ranch we have found that there are so many places to see, it's like a new experience every time we come! It was a dream of ours to be able to have a second home and we feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful place and are excited to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

We were really hoping to find a place with a beautiful view and we did! Our favorite things about this house are that it gets so much light on the sunny hill, yet behind us there are plenty of trees full of wildlife. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the blue waves is amazing.

What makes this property unique

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wildlife we see daily. There are many turkeys, hares, deer, quail, and so many birds. We have also been lucky enough to spot foxes and a bobcat. It’s lovely
to have a spot with a forest in the back yard and a beautiful open meadow ocean view in the front.
