Welcome to our new home in the most up and coming neighborhood in West Palm Beach (The Industrial District).
This home is perfect for big groups and corporate getaways given it's proximity to Downtown, The Convention Center, and the Airport.

The property consists of 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The home has a washer / dryer, full kitchens, and sits on a spacious corner lot.

When you arrive at the chain-link fenced property, you may park your car in the parking spot near the garage. Walk around to the front of the home to find the front door for the lower level. The property is protected by RING camera and security.
You use a keyless keypad to enter the home. Type in the code and you are welcome to the living room and two of the bedrooms (one to the left and one to the right). Walk in and there is another bedroom attached to the living room. If you walk further, the kitchen is to the left and the Master bedroom is to the right. There is a full bathroom with makeup set connected to the Master. Past the kitchen is another bedroom and then a bathroom. Also connected is the garage, which is where the first washer/dryer is.
