- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- bathroom with bath/shower,

- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,

## Access

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.

A management fee of €550 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
