This apartment, located in Cannes, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers a bedroom, a shared pool from 01 July to 30 September and a furnished terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace.
The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. A separate toilet is available
The apartment features air conditioning, central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1.07 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed.

The neighborhood – bocca cabana amenities, newly renovated beach area, you can walk, cycle on the cycle paths and do sports in the spaces organized with cardio-training machines. along the promenade which leads to cannes plage du midi on foot, you will enjoy numerous snacks for a lunch break. Beach and shops the car is not useful on a daily basis. public sandy beaches are only within a 50 m radius. Access – without a car? no problem the cannes beach residence is accessible by numerous bus lines, buses running every 5 minutes. cannes la bocca train station is 750 meters away. Nice côte d’azur airport by car 25 km away.
