About this property

Our oasis at Estrella is a 2,300 sq ft rambler tucked in the heart of the spectacular master planned, resort like community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. It is a spacious, pet-free, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, along with flex den with new sleeper sofa. Fresh interior paint, clean and comfortable, with a pool table, three tv's , arcade game, and a private pool (requested pool heat is $45 a day added fee), backyard lush landscaping, covered patio, perfect for outdoor living. This is an ideal location for the Arizona sun! One of my favorite things about entering the Estrella Community is the palm trees that line the street upon entry- you really are entering an oasis- your home away from home! Also, the Corgett walking trail and award winning Golf Club at Estrella are blocks away, and other golf courses less than 10 miles away.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, large pantry, Kerig coffee maker and pods, island with barstool seating! Oversized primary bedroom has separate entry to outdoor pool area, large ensuite bathroom, and large walk in closet.

Pool heat is an additional $35 a day upon request - the pool heat is available for the additional fee for the months of October through March.

Family friendly fun

We came to watch spring training baseball in Goodyear. Estrella Oasis was a perfect fit for what we needed. House is stocked with household essentials. Everything we needed was there. Heated pool was great. 11 and 13 yr old boys enjoyed themselves. The billiards table was also put to good use. Quiet neighborhood. Several parks nearby. Groceries close by. We hope to return someday.

Exactly the vacation we were looking for! House has a great location, close to the paths in the mountains, and super clean. The pool was very clean, warm and the waterfall was awesome. We have rented from VRBO many times and Kylee was the best host yet! Incredible communication and made sure everything was perfect.

Bridal Resort!

Girls weekend for my bride-to-be celebration and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Pool was amazing, the home itself was very welcoming and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spring Training

Our stay was amazing! The property had everything we needed and then some. The pool was great.. warm, clean and we enjoyed our time hanging out on the back patio. Communication with Kelee (home owner) was easy and she was very responsive to any of our questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again!! Thanks Kelee!

Wedding in AZ

My wife and two kids along with my sister stayed here for a wedding. The house showed better in person then the pictures. Plenty of space, pool table was a big hit and the pool was a perfect temperature. Great value!!

A perfect home away from home!

My husband and son stayed in this beautiful spacious home for 5 weeks because their permanent corporate housing was not ready. My daughter and I stayed for 1 week and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect. It resides in a culdesac, close to golf courses, wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The communication was top notch. The pool was a delight! We highly recommend.
