- a large, cosy living room with wooden floors, a large sofa, two beautiful armchairs, and a Smart TV (connected to traditional TV channels as well as streaming providers,..)

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi and fiber, Smart TV, Iron and Steamer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Induction hobs, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is one of the historical financial centers of Europe, being home to the former Stock Exchange which is now called Brongniart Palace. Other major activities in the neighborhood are journalism and fashion (you will find the very known Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, but also all major shopping stores near the Opera on the same boulevard!). The 2nd is also famous for its Sainte-Anne street, known to Parisians as a haunt for typical Japanese restaurants and shops.
The 2nd arrondissement is also home to the galleries -- traditional covered passages lined with shops -- which offer a very classic and typical glance into French art and culinary specialties.
While the previously mentioned activities are all daylight activities, the eastern end of the arrondissement - notably the charming rue Montorgueil - has an entirely different reputation, younger and more dynamic.
