The apartment has a modern kitchen, which is separate from the living area, a very nice bathroom with shower. Quiet accommodation near Regensburg

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Was near a regular bus into Regensburg, shops and roads. The only issue we had was that there were not many places to get a meal nearby, and the owners spoke little English (why should they) and we spoke little German (should have started Duolingo earlier). However thanks to Google translate and between us we were able to communicate well enough. The owners were friendly, but we saw them very little other than check-in, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. A lovely location for exploring the area and the delightful towns of Bavaria.

Das Arpartement befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ca. 5,5KM vom Stadtkern entfernt. PKW-Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemühen sich den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es ist alles bis ins kleinste Detail vorhanden, alle Küchengeräte in neuwertigem Zustand und das komplette Apartement ist blitz blank sauber! W-LAN und TV funktionieren problemlos, Tankstelle und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie Bushaltestelle in nächster Umgebeung. Gebe es 10 Sterne so würde ich diese vergeben, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Gute Lage, um in der schönen Gegend Ausflüge zu machen. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und für 2 Personen war mehr als genug Platz. Alles super!

Schöne Souterrainwohnung!

Ein sehr schönes Appartment in einem höher gelegenen Teil Regensburgs. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder. Hinweis für Radfahrer: Da die Wohnung in einem höher gelegenen Teil liegt ist ein E-bike von Vorteil um den Aufstieg von der Donau zur Wohnung zu bewältigen.

Very well equiped and cool apartment, but not close to Regensburg city center

The location is an apartment in the owners house, separate entrance and independent from the main house. We were there in very hot summer days, but inside was very cool and nice (even w/o A/C). There is a very small garden outside to sit and chat. Shops are ~15 min away on foot (closed by 20:00, open from Mon-Sat). We were 2 min away from the bus station - only one bus line taking us to the city center - and the ride takes ab 25-30 min. The apartment is very well equiped, so it's suitable even for a long stay. We were there for 3 nights and didn't use everything. All in all it was a very good and cheap place. Would come back for sure.

In der Anzeige ist nicht ersichtlich, das es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt die etwas muffig riecht. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist nicht auf dem Grundstück, sondern auf der Straße. Sauber ist die Wohnung nur auf den ersten Blick, leider trifft dies nicht überall zu. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt noch an Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. einen Geschirrspüler. W-Lan ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch war mit keinem mobilen Gerät eine Verbindung zum Internet möglich.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Wohlfühlen von Anfang an, es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr liebevoll zusammen gestellt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!! 😃 Da macht Urlaub Spaß. Regensburg ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und gut zu erreichen.

Urlaub in Pentling

Wir fanden eine sehr gemütliche ,moderne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor, mit einem exklusiven Bad und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Selbst im Freien ein kleiner sep. Ort zum entspannen. Freundliche Vermieter mit vielen Tips für die Freizeit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Schöne Unterkunft und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Leider waren die angebotenen Fahrräder nicht vorhanden, dafür gibt es aber eine sehr gute Busanbindung nach Regensburg. Von den Liegestühlen ist leider auch nur noch einer da. Die zweite Person musste auf einem Campingstuhl sitzen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne und vor allem ruhige Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle 3 Räume mit genügend Platz. Vor allem die große Dusche ist sehr schön. Werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

In der Anzeige muss unbedingt erkennbar sein, dass es sich um eine Souterrain Appartement handelt!! Das Foto vom Haus suggerierte etwas anderes. Der Geruch ist etwas muffig und das Klima des Appartements leicht feucht gewesen. Für meine Knochen nicht optimal. Ansonsten war es sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren nett.

Tolles Appartement

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da. Es war wie beim ersten Mal ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Bad und die Dusche ist sehr groß! Die Küche ist modern. Die Vermieter sind super nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zutreffende ruhige Wohnung

Die Entfernung nach Regensburg ist optimal, auch mit dem Rad, wenn auch bergig. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gemütlich. Alles Notwendige für einen geruhsamen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
