Welcome to our comfortably furnished approx. 120 m², upstairs 3 star apartment in Moormerland, in the heart of East Frisia.
The apartment impresses with its bright rooms and has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer 30 liter, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and egg cooker.

Wir hatten eine gute unkomplizierte Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Check In hat auch gut geklappt. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, einem Hund und 6 Erwachsenen dort. Die Wohnung ist super, schön groß, sauber, viele Detaildinge wie Backpapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Erste Hilfe Set etc. Das Problem hier war leider der Mieter, der auch in dem Haus wohnt. Freitag Abend kamen wir an und es war nur laut. Wir wollten da jetzt auch nicht päpstlicher sein als es muss und haben es so stehen lassen. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Am Samstag kamen wir abends kurz nach 22 Uhr zurück und das gleiche Spiel schon wieder. Beim ersten Mal haben wir 3x geklopft bis man uns gehört hat und uns wurde gesagt, man wäre jetzt leiser. Beim zweiten Mal ist wieder einer von uns rüber gegangen und hat im strikten Ton um Ruhe gebeten, kurze Diskussion, Androhung Polizei, das Versprechen um mehr Ruhe. Naja, das konnten wir trotzdem nicht ganz bestätigen. Saufpartys und mehr direkt im Haus neben so einer schönen Wohnung beißen sich sehr. Wir waren dann leider froh, als wir müde wieder abgereist sind.

Saubere Wohnung
Sehr saubere und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Der Möbelstil ist nicht der Neuste aber das ist nicht das Wichtigste. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten.

Erholsamer Urlaub in riesiger Wohnung
Die Wohnung war riesig. Meine Kinder 5 und 7 Jahre hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Alles war gemütlich eingerichtet und an Stauraum in Schränken war massig vorhanden. Auch das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Fernseher. Dadurch das die Wohnung direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße neben einer Schule liegt war es zu den Stoßzeiten manchmal sehr laut. Ausflüge haben wir nach Moordorf und nach Norddeich gemacht. Alles schnell erreichbar in ca 40 Minuten. Bäcker und Einkaufsladen war super nah, zu Fuß weniger als 5 Minuten. Einchecken und auschecken ging super einfach durch das extra Schlüsselfach. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sogar Kaffeefilter. Eine zweite Toilette hat uns manchmal gefehlt. Der Balkon war toll und auch der Parkplatz fürs Auto nah und groß genug! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal im Torfring und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach schön, sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut für alle, die insbesondere das südliche Ostfriesland erkunden möchten. Wer an die See möchte, hat es nicht weit zur Autobahn. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Hauptstraße und hat Bäcker, Supermarkt und Pizzeria in direkter Nähe.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung. Auch dieses Jahr war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir konnten uns die 14 Tage gut erholen und haben viel von Ostfriesland gesehen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Wir haben in der Wohnung eine tolle Woche mit Freunden und Familie verbracht. Da Haus liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Sie ist sehr geräumig es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Baumann war hervorragend, das Check in und Check out hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir können es wirklich jeden empfehlen da Urlaub zu machen.
