It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The house comprises
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, kettle...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed shared garden
- Terrace with furniture (table and garden furniture) and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Comps, in very pleasant surroundings. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (2 vehicles).
