Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the studio was renovated with good insulation last year, it includes:
- A living room with sofa bed and workspace.
- A bathroom with toilet and shower
- A fully equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and charm.

During your stay, you'll have access to a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The apartment is located in the center of Nantes:
- 13 meters from the "Monoprix Nantes Decre" supermarket.
- A 10-minute walk from the famous Talensac market.

The area is well served by public transport and has several restaurants in the vicinity.
