Staying in our apartment “Sunset Over the Matterhorn” worth it!
DIRECT ACCESS BY TAXI IMPOSSIBLE, the taxi or bus drops you off approximately 300m from the residence and you must then finish on foot.
Our viewpoint on the 2nd floor promises you an absolutely unobstructed view of the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn.
This pretty apartment of approximately 45m2 offers you an entrance, an independent kitchen, a living room with dining area and direct access to our balcony and its breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, a bedroom with 160x200 cm bedding, a bathroom with WC .
You will also have access to a collective ski-room.
The Residence Haus Alba is located in the quiet D’Am Staden district, 650m from the village center and all amenities.

Spectacular view!

The apartment is worth the price for the view from the balcony alone! It also happens to have a very cute interior that my wife and I loved. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is small but had everything we needed. No A/C so you may wish to close the skylight screens during the heat of the day. You can open the skylights for a nice breeze and you can look at the stars overhead as you use the bath or lay in bed. There were cows in the meadow outside, which we loved. It was also a very birdy spot for those that are interested. But mostly, that view of the Matterhorn! Would definitely book again if we come back to Zermatt. Ideally, this is an accommodation for 2, I think 3 or more would be cramped.
