Pretty apartment in a small, quiet building in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, between the Invalides and the Champ de Mars park, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation.
Apartment on the 1st floor of a building without elevator and overlooking a quiet courtyard.
It consists of a main room, a sleeping area with a bed with very good bedding and a storage space.
A kitchen equipped with hotplates, oven, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, basic products (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.) are at your disposal.
A bathroom with shower, sink, radiator and WC.
A washing machine/dryer is available free of charge in the apartment.

A professional housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and ensures that linens and towels are changed before and after stays.

The Conciairgerie takes care of my apartment and our reception agent will be your contact during your stay.
Check-in: from 3 p.m / Check-out: until 11:00 a.m :

For a Check in from 8 p.m .: An extra of 20€

For a Check in from 10 p.m until 11 p.m : An extra of 35€

No arrival after 11 pm (unless special arrangement).

These late arrival fees are payable directly to the reception agent.

The apartment is ideally located between Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.
10 minutes walk from the Rodin Museum or many other famous Parisian centers of interest.
Many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies... are accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Ideal for visiting the capital, while being in a quiet and authentic area.
The La Tour Maubourg metro station (line 8) is exactly 80 meters away, or 2 minutes on foot.

Varenne metro (line 13) 8 minutes walk

The metro (line 13 AND 8) and the RER C from Invalides station are less than 10 minutes away on foot and take you to the Palace of Versailles for example in 20 minutes.
Many taxis, buses and bicycles are easily accessible.
