The accommodation comprises
- Ground floor: a 27 m² living room with a lounge and dining room (south-facing), as well as a utility room and scullery (north-facing).
- A very well-equipped kitchen including: kitchen piano with 6 gas rings + 2 ovens, 3ᵉ extra oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle...
- Separate WC

- On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and its private bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190), bookcase, desk and a TV
- A mezzanine: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, fenced garden of 1,600 m² with furniture (2 deckchairs, a table and 6 chairs) to enjoy on sunny days.
- A garden shed and a pond (shallow, but unprotected).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pôtan, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Sports: forest walks and lake within walking distance, signposted cycle route, go-karting, etc.
- Bathing: St Cast beaches 10 minutes away by car, coastal path with cliffs and beautiful viewpoints, Mont St Michel 1h05 away, Dinan, Dinard & St Malo about 30 minutes away...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (up to 6 cars can be parked).

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 92 km (1 hr 12 min by car)

- Unoverlooked accommodation overlooking a beautiful meadow.
- Fire extinguisher located to the left of the main entrance door, in the letterbox room.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Access to the double bed in the mezzanine is unprotected and fairly steep, making it unsuitable for small children.
