Large deck surrounding this cozy A-Frame chalet, overlooking the beautiful ozark trees. The perfect setting for a peaceful, quiet getaway. We are located .5 miles from a private neighborhood boat ramp, 1 mile from Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater, 3 miles from Baxter Marina, 7.5 miles from Bass Pro's Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, and not far from all your Branson Destinations. Shepherd of the Hills, Top of the Rock, Big Cedar and Silver Dollar City are all about 30 minutes away, in different directions. We have plenty of boat and trailer parking. There are 2 marinas within a quick 20 minute drive. Come and enjoy your own private cabin nestled in the hills of the Ozark Mountains!.

Amazing and quiet!

We were so happy with this home. We went on a fishing trip and it was easy to access areas to fish. It was nice to come back in the evenings and cook our own meal and sit outside and just enjoy the nature. The whole process was easy and we would definitely go back again.

Charming chalet in beautiful setting

The chalet was exactly as described, and we had a lovely stay. My advice for guests is to arrive before dark on the first evening if possible, as the location can be a bit hard to find if you’re not used to navigating in the Ozarks. Once there, we settled in quickly and loved the back deck nestled in the trees. The location feels private and quiet. Great family getaway! Thanks!

Sweet, clean, well-stocked

We're from a flat area, so the roads were a challenge for some stomachs. If you're not used to the hills, take meclizine before visiting. The little kitchen was so efficient. We cooked for 9 without a problem. Nice assortment of spices. Everything was clean. Nice that there were extra blankets. Beds were all comfortable. Checkout procedure was reasonable.

A hidden gem

This place was beautiful! It’s own lot just far enough from the others that it feels like you’re all alone but close enough to feel safe. The lake is right there and I’d you forget anything Dollar General is a short drive up the road. We loved every minute. The cleaning crew is amazing and Jodie was super nice and accommodating!

Family Trip

We come to this lake annually as our friends have a cabin they own. Judy's property was so good for our family of 6. Enough sleeping space for the kids while we could live every day on the boat :). Would absolutely come again!

Pleasantly misleading from outside

This cabin was great for a quick getaway. Although the cabin isn't on the water, it is in a quiet area and very peaceful. Owners were quick with responses and easy to talk to!

Cute Chalet!

Booking this property was so easy. I even had to change the dates, and Jodie was very quick to respond to making the changes. The chalet was so cute and clean. It had plenty of room for all 5 adults to sleep. The outside fire pit was great for gathering in the evening to make s’mores and sit by the fire. Grilling on the deck and having dinner outside was also a enjoyable experience. The weather was perfect for our vacation-cool in the morning and evening and warm during the day. There is so much to do in the Branson and Eureka Springs area. The chalet location was perfect to travel to both areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean cozy cottage. Neighbors friendly dog would come to visit. Made use of the amenities that were available! Had the weather been better, we would have enjoyed the deck and fire pit.

Why they chose this property

I grew up going to Silver Dollar City and loving the Branson area. We have family that live in the Black Oak Resort community and we fell in love with the atmosphere and lake life. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase our own lake house and want to share our beautiful chalet with others needing a fun get a way.

What makes this property unique

We are just a 1/4 mile walk to the community boat ramp. You will find the transportation of choice is golf carts in our friendly lake neighborhood. It is a secluded lot surrounded by beautiful ozark trees. In the winter when the trees are bare, you can see the lake. Just a short 20 minute drive to enjoy all the Branson attractions.
