Excellent location, slightly dated, Air Conditioning was preset and seemed to struggle to maintain 71° but overall nice. Parking spots were tight for a large truck, but most are.

Location Location location!

Location is spot on! However, the unit itself is small and out dated. There were two of us and we were on top of one another. It said it was an efficiency, but was really a small hotel room. We had friends that stayed in the unit next door and it was on point in the updates and use of space. It was a true efficiency with a small kitchen, updated bath and better use of space with one king bed instead of two queens.

Labor Day Weekend

We came down for a local music festival, and this condo was perfect! Close to the venue, and Wendie thought of EVERYTHING we could have needed… tons of towels, beach towels, even a cooler! Amazing water pressure in the shower! We will definitely be back!

Overall we had a good time!

I didn’t realize the unit did not face the ocean so that was a little disappointing, but overall the place was decent. The owner provided beach chairs that we used instead of the umbrella/chairs from the resort. The beach was very crowded so I would recommend getting up early if you want a good spot. The Netflix didn’t work but there was cable which was good enough for us. There’s a small beach bar just across the resort that we loved. I would recommend bringing a car because we had to Uber to a couple restaurants. I wouldn’t recommend 4 adults sharing this unit, it’s pretty small like a small hotel room. Bring quarters for the ice machine! (The front desk doesn’t give change) Overall it was a good time if you’re looking for a long weekend getaway.

Resort needs updates

My room was okay, property manager communicated great. The resort needs some updates. I’ve stayed here for 5 years every visit and this year was the worst. I’ve machine doesn’t work, if it does you have to pay for ice. Lobby had a tough smell. Elevators were almost impossible to use. Absolutely no parking anywhere the whole weekend.

Great beach vacation

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and convenient to a lot of restaurants and stores. We really liked the sky bridge that connected Surfside to the beach. The beach chair and umbrella that is included with the rental was very helpful.

Great Stay for Mooncrush

My wife and I stayed for four nights attending the Mooncrush music festival. The location was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the festival site. The unit was impeccably clean and well stocked for a very comfortable stay. The beach was beautiful and the access to beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice bonus. Communication with the owner could not have been better. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean

The unit was nice and clean with plenty of clean linens and what ever else you needed. It is a great location to the beach and restaurants and was quiet and relaxing. Perfect for our short get away.

Overall, a very nice experience for the price! Room was clean and well kept with everything you would need for a short stay (microwave, mini fridge, plates, silverware, etc.). Fairly easy beach access. The beach chairs in the room were an unexpected bonus :)
