The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 75 m² house for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It has a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 25 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

On the first floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200) and 1 extra bed (90x200)
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC
- Reading area
- Separate WC

Second floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside:
Terrace of around 10 m² with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the public car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Caen train station 25 km away (32 min by car)
- Caen airport 21 km away (30 min by car)
