The space:
This bright, lovingly-decorated house with tons of smart home features is the perfect base to explore all CDA has to offer. Located in a friendly and upscale neighborhood, this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – High-speed wireless internet, Firestick (easily sign in to any of your own streaming services), washer and dryer, games, books. Share a bottle of wine or shake up a quick cocktail to enjoy under the string lights on the private back patio.

Perfect for family reunions and vacations, holidays, Ironman, Girls’ Weekends, Silverwood (30 min drive), skiing trip (about 1 hour to Schweitzer, Lookout Pass, and Silver Mountain), rest and relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen; plan and easily prepare a big holiday meal here! Decorated for Christmas-November 1 through mid-January.

Tons of fun outdoor adventures in the area including many miles of bike trails (Centennial Trail, Route of the Hiawatha), kayaking, boating, hiking, and more! Excellent playgrounds nearby, Fort Sherman Playground and Carousel, McEuen Park, and enjoy the beach at City Park next to Independence Point. Check out Higgens Point in the fall to see the bald eagle migration! Coeur d’Alene is a foodie haven with so many delicious restaurants in town, cute shops, city and Resort events year-round for all interests.

Guest access:
Easy walk to Downtown or Midtown Coeur d'Alene, excellent street parking in front of home and one private parking spot behind the home upon request. Four beach cruisers and 2 children's bikes available (helmets not provided). Four beach chairs and beach towels located in garage.

Please note: There are Ring security cameras outside the front door, patio area, and in the garage. No cameras or recording devices are inside our home.

Great home base for a ski trip

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our family ski vacation with three resorts within an hour drive. Everything was very well equipped with thoughtful touches in every room. The beds were comfy, the smart home was fun and easy to use, and there were lots of interesting things to view around the house. Everything was super clean. It was too cold for the outdoor patio, but this would be a great place for the summer. The hosts have been very helpful and clearly take great care of this house. We will be back.

Fun Getaway Trip

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this cute, clean, and well supplied house. It was accurately described, and Jeremy and Melissa were very responsive and easy to work with. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, and the two bathrooms were close by.It snowed when we were here and the owners even supplied snow shovel, snow/ice brush for your car, and deicer for sidewalks. We loved being close enough to walk to town to shop, and there were lots of nice restaurants nearby. The parking out in front was on the street, but we had no problem with finding a spot. We had a great time and would love to come back. Thank you Jeremy and Melissa!

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location that was convenient to downtown and the lake but in quiet neighborhood. A beautiful place to stay

Quiet neighborhood stay, close to lots of things

The house needed some airing out after some sort of painting must have been done, otherwise the stay was amazing! Their travel-themed decor was awesome to look at and tastefully done, and the house had great amenities and a wonderful location. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for a girls' weekend "sleepover", and we went to breakfast the next morning at one of the many local options nearby. We didn't have time to use them, but the bikes provided by the hosts would have been such a fun option to get around with for some exercise and shopping.
