This vacation home for 8 people, located in a quiet residential area, is comfortable in all seasons. Situated halfway between Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Saint Hilaire de Riez, you'll appreciate having the choice between a beach getaway or strolling through the city center. It is divided into 2 parts: the main house and its annex, each with its own outdoor space.
The living area of the main house allows natural light to filter through, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is separate and functional, and the 2 bedrooms overlook a pleasant and green garden—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
The annex is an extension of the main house. Its layout is more authentic but equally pleasant. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (BZ type), a simple kitchen, and a mezzanine with a double bed and 2 single beds. The whole can accommodate up to 4 people.
The opening onto the veranda will allow the whole family to enjoy it as much as the terrace and the garden. Parking space for the car is available in front of the bike garage.
