A great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Dillon's house. It exactly what we needed for our family. Nicely decorated and comfortable, the home made our trip a good experience. The pool was clean and the yard was well maintained. The game room was a favorite spot in the evening.

Home for the holidays

This is my second time staying at this property. It was perfect for being able to spend time with my children and grandchildren in the surrounding areas. I hope it's available to come back this summer. I highly recommend this property.

A real gem

A wonderful property, well appointed throughout, comfortable and spacious. The star of the show is the incredible pool, where we spent most of our stay, but everything else is perfectly homely too. 15 minutes drive from the airport, and with groceries and restaurants close by, the location only adds to the appeal.

Perfect location and lots of fun.

This was a very beautiful house had everything you need. Was only about 10 mins away from everything you needed to do. The town had lots of places to shop,eat and was very close. The owner was very nice and replied very quick to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for a get away. And the pool was a major plus the kids loved it. I will for sure plan a trip in the future.

Returned to home town for a couple of days

Originally from the area and needed a place to stay for a couple of days while attending to family business. Home was clean and centrally located with easy access in and out of town. Pool table served as a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Host was extremely friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Great place to stay

This house is great. I love this home's decor and feel. There is plenty to do at the house itself. It's located in great place with good restaurants and stores close by. I always check to see if it's available when traveling to Ft. Smith. The property manager answered all my questions promptly. I strongly recommend it.

Wonderful reprieve

My family (w/ two teens 16 & 13) enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. When we needed a break from the sun, there was a game room for entertainment or good food down the road (we highly recommend Joe's Pizza and Pasta Italian Grill). The few times we reached out with questions, we received very prompt responses that were always polite and helpful.

Great house, pool, and location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was the perfect size and setup for our family of 5. The pool was perfect! It was private and a great size for us. The location was good, it was across the street from a school with a playground for the kids and not a far drive from restaurants and other things to do in town. The only thing that we wished was better was that the house needed a deeper clean. Upon walking in it seemed clean enough. But after a few hours, it seemed that it had not been deeply cleaned and there was a pretty strong odor of pets that was very noticeable throughout the stay. If the house and vents had a deep clean, we would definitely return.

House was nice and very clean

BUT, that beautiful pool was not able to be gone into. It was cold anyways. But we also could not figure out the televisions and how to work them, only the one in the living room. Otherwise it was a lovely home, very clean, and with everything you would need to have a lovely stay.

A Hidden Gem In Ft. Smith

Clean Inside & Out ! Loved the Playing Pool in the Game Room, Watching Movies on the Large TV & Gathering around the Dining Room Table - Will definitely be back in warmer months to use the beautiful outdoor pool - Kitchen was well stocked & the ambiance was warm & inviting.
