The accommodation comprises a functional, well-equipped living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and WiFi, dining table and 4 chairs, opening onto a large sunny terrace with garden furniture for enjoying a good meal.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, etc.
A bathroom with shower, towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine and vanity unit.
Separate WC in the entrance hall.

On the night side, a corridor with a large cupboard leads to a first bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, a bedside table, a desk and a storage shelf, and a second bedroom with a comfortable 160cm bed, bedside tables, a desk and a dressing room.

There is a cellar on the ground floor for storing bicycles or beach equipment, and a cot and high chair.

For rentals from July to September, we offer you an access card to the Indigo car park at the station, for a deposit of 20 euros, otherwise parking is free and paying in the streets of Les Sables d'Olonne.
