Comfortable villa - Family - Swimming pool - Spa-Terraces/Air conditioning.
Villa Inès de Tamaris, is a Provençal and Mediterranean style property; nestled in a small valley of the Lot and the Dordogne, near the Golf of Souillac and Sarlat.
House with large volumes with: *A large, bright, carefully decorated living room of approximately 54 m² opening onto the kitchen with two bay windows opening onto the terrace with a view of the swimming pool, the spa and the garden.
*A fully equipped kitchen of approximately 45m2 with a “black granite” worktop from Mozambique and an oak “monastery” table.
* 4 large bedrooms of approximately 20m2 with balcony; high quality bedding with large double beds and a 90 cm bed.
*1 games room and an office
* 1 large bathroom opening onto a walk-in shower, a second will be ok for the end of May 2025
* We will love this 21m2 terrace decorated with wrought iron and overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
* Salt pool 10/5 with an infinity spa very popular with children who cannot swim and older ones.
All the rooms are designed to overlook the wooded hillside, the swimming pool and the garden with a pleasant play of light around the palm and olive trees.
The decor revolves around warm colors and materials to be as close as possible to nature and the countryside in order to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere around the spirit of the holidays.
The walls are patinated with a mixture of marble powder and plaster; we find “briquette” facings from Toulouse and a traditional framework.
Some ceilings have been worked at length by master craftsmen for an ancestral Moorish decoration.
You will also find moldings, cornices, fountain, Roman pillars
Wrought iron, old wooden and carved doors.
Lot about 4-5 km away (Souillac, Rocamadour, Martel...).
Dordogne and Périgord approximately 16 km away (Borreze, Sarlat, Montignac, Les Eysies...).

Further information
The region is rich in cultural activities Souillac and Sarlat Jazz Festival....renowned gastronomy with foie gras, truffles, porcini mushrooms, duck confit.....Attractions such as gardens, hikes, caves, canoeing kayak on this magnificent Dordogne river. Medieval cities including Souillac-Rocamadour-Sarlat-Gouffre Padirac, Lascaux... just a stone's throw from an 18-hole golf course. Finally, we offer our dear guests a country plate at Mr Cluzel, a tasting of local products at Valette and a visit 1km to the "Forge". The place owes its name to the old forge or foundry activity which was created by the DE COUSTIN family, probably at the beginning of the 16th century. The DE COUSTINs acquired their nobility and fortune at the court of King François I. Jean DE COUSTIN was the first of the family to settle in Bourzolles, where he built his castle on the banks of the Borrèze
