The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Les Arcs offers this charming 190 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a garden of around 2,700 m²! The accommodation comprises

- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a bathroom with bath and shower, access to the sauna and hammam and a separate WC.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (6m×5m) 1.40 m deep, private, unheated and secured by a cover with a chlorine filtration system, open from 18 May to 13 October

- You'll also have the opportunity to visit many nearby wine estates, as well as sublime châteaux such as Sainte-Roseline, La Font du Broc, St Pierre, and many others.
- For sports enthusiasts, there are cycling and water sports activities available from the surrounding seaside resorts.
- You can also enjoy the "Festival des médiévales" and the "Nuits du Réal" during the summer months.
- Several beaches nearby: Fréjus, Saint Raphael, Sainte Maxime 30 minutes away by car and Saint Tropez 1 hour away.
