Make this house your home for the length of your stay. The spacious house is 4000 square feet, perfect for family, friends, and large groups. This property holds everything needed for an unforgettable OBX vacation. The great room is the heart of the home and is a great space to enjoy quality time with the whole crew. Glass doors and large windows open the main living area to the top-level deck with a great ocean view. Curl up on the couch in front of the TV and enjoy some tasty meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.

There's never a dull moment at this property, with amenities galore and ample space for everyone to spread out. You're in for a treat. You can venture to the rec room and play bumper pool or board games. There is an extra kitchen downstairs with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, so there is plenty of room for drinks and snacks. Head to the beautiful Nags Head beach, which is just across the street. After a fun day at the beach, you can relax in your own private pool or hot tub. Beach access is one block away.

Choose from any of the 4 spacious, bright bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with 2 queens), a sitting area, and a private bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs with subscriptions to HULU live, Disney and ESPN+. There is about 1500 square feet of decks accessible from all bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors on the front and back of the house, so you can enjoy beautiful views of sound and ocean, sunrises and sunsets as well as fresh ocean air. Every room has hotel-style climate control units, to ensure comfort for everyone. There is also a bonus room on 1st floor with a queen and two twin beds, which is a great place for kids to sleep. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

The location of the house is excellent! Just removed from the noise and hustle, but everything you need is right around the corner. Access to the beach is right across the street, and you’ll find that the beach here is wider and less crowded than the more heavily populated areas a few miles north. Janet's Pier is within walking distance, a great place to go fishing. If you get hungry, Sam and Omies, a local favorite. Get ice cream at Fat Boys and try burgers at Dune Burgers right down the street. At historic local Cahoon's Market, you can find all the essentials and local produce or grab a quick lunch. Many other great local dining options, shops, and fantastic local attractions are nearby. You will find something to do for everyone!
