Located on the 6th floor without elevator, it has a large living room composed of:
- a room with a double bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person.

You will particularly appreciate its view and lack of vis-à-vis.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located right in front of a square.
There is a supermarket "Franprix" 300 m from the building for your daily shopping.

The street is lively with many shops and quality restaurants. These are the ones I recommend:

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theatres, cafés and restaurants are not empty. Strategically located between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville, but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of it all, and is therefore within reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bicycle. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th, ensuring a continuous population mix.
