The beautiful and relaxing Yuma Desert Oasis home is ideal for up to 8 guests. This home is ideal for companies that need their staff together whether for training or work. The kids bedroom can be turned into a more functional bedroom for adults upon request. This home is also for guests that need an oasis away from the harsh northern winters. Huge kitchen with a large bar top island. Bedroom’s are cozy and roomy. Pets allowed with additional fee.

Pool is not heated.

Large RV pull-in gate for our winter visitors.

Perfect place for companies visiting MCAS Yuma during WTI exercise timeframes in March/April and September/October.

Great for company retreats or company team building exercises during the work week but keeping in compliance with VRBO’s policy of no more than 16 people during an intended stay.

This home is equipped with a garage gym with basic gym amenities.

No parties of any kind are allowed (they never were!).

We strictly comply with the VRBO Policy and highly recommend you are courteous to our neighbors, because they are awesome.

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but within minutes of some of Yuma’s must visit locations.

Convenient Stay

Great stay in Yuma

We rented this property to visit my parents over Christmas. The house was great. Exactly as described in the listing. Very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were great about getting back to me to answer any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House

Great location in Yuma. The property was overall clean and neat. The pool area was our favorite place although I do recommend having the pool heated with little ones. I didn't mind the cold water at all but the baby couldn't go in. We visited family in country roads and went to the territorial prison. We would definitely stay here again.

Yuma New Year

Our stay in Yuma was fantastic. Beautiful house with great amenities and close to downtown Yuma. We were more than pleased with the property. Spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with all the essentials and a few nice surprises. Although it was too cold to get in the pool, we enjoyed the outdoor space. Would definitely book again.

The home was wonderful! The snacks when we arrived hit the spot! They really out did themselves. It felt like walking into a private resort. Our stay at this house was truly exceptional. The property was stunning, and the house itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we enjoyed dining both indoors and on the patio. The pool was great and we appreciated all the extra touches such as pool toys and yard games. The bedrooms were comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location offered privacy and tranquility, and it was conveniently located near local attractions. This truly is a Desert Oasis!

We had the best time staying at this property. The house was so clean and nicely decorated. The owners thought of every amenity to make our stay comfortable. They had snacks at check-in, labels on all the light switches and cabinets to help you navigate the house, and an awesome workout room to name of few. The kids loved hanging out in their very own space. They loved watching movies and playing video games. The backyard was so amazing! Lots of seating to enjoy your days outside. The pool was so much fun especially for the kids. The host was so easy to get a hold of and accommodating. We can't wait to come back again.

Thank you so much! First off your place is beautiful but very comfortable. All the rooms are spacious and contemporary. Love the labels on things to help navigate the kitchen. We felt very much at home and had everything we needed. The pool was a little cold for the adults, but the kids loved it!!!! We hope to stay again.
