Second visit to this Apartment
It was a pleasure to revisit this apartment again . M. met us and was excellent as always. The apartment was very well maintained and looked after the roof terrace in particular was superb and the addition of a dart board made for lots of fun. There was one very big disappointment for our entire stay here the swimming pool was empty and under going major refurbishment, We should have been informed of this prior to our arrival. We feel very let down as this is advertised as an asset.

Bonjour, nous avons adoré, il faut juste un peut d'organisation pour les transports si pas de location de voiture. Nous avons tout fais à pied. Le logement est super bien équipé...nous adorons vraiment

Good modern, suitable for a small family.
Nice, comfortable 2 Bedroom property with a great terrace and all items working properly. Slightly mis-leading advert Photos, show the property facing the Communal Pool when in fact faces the public road. Out of courtesy could do with some foreign language TV channels and very important a guest's Instructions Manual on how to operate everything, emergency numbers, etc. etc. Has 2 x A/C units but no Remote Controls to operate them, local Manager said the owner took them. Offered to pay extra if electricity usage was a worry, as it was very hot and ceiling fans not enough... never got a reply.

Chaque année on se rend à Santa Pola, mais via une autre agence. Cette année, manque de place, on a réservé via xxx. Sur la photo, l appart se situait face à la piscine. Mais en réalité l appart était à l extérieur. Arrivée sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parlait ni anglais ni français, donc difficile de poser des questions en espagnol. L appartement était SALE, de la poussière partout, sous le lit, salon, placard à vêtements. Vu qu il n y avait pas de clim, il faisait TROP chaud. C est vrai que ce n était pas mentionné sur l'annonce, mais sur les photos il y en avait, alors on n'a pas fait attention, on a pensé que comme les autres années, il y avait la clim. En bas de l appart il y a les poubelles, tous les matins vers 6h30-7h ils passaient les récupérer, donc bye bye sommeil, qui etait déjà difficile avec la chaleur. En face il y avait une autre résidence avec grillage qui claquait chaque 5 minutes... Quant à la qualité du matelas, que dire? Je m enfoncais dedans, mon fils dormait sur un lit où il ressentais les ressorts...certes, la mer est magnifique, mais nous nous sommes pas reposés.

Magnifique appartement, très bien situé, très propre, tout agencé. Il ne manque rien. Magnifique terrasse et belle vue. Décoration très chaleureuse et raffinée. Literie très confortable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. A recommander !!!

Location agréable , literie chambre lit une pers. à changer ( ressort ).Nous n'avons pas pu faire de barbecue , pas de bouteille de gaz .Nous conseillons d'indiquer plus clairement l'agence qui remet les clé car un tout petit papier indique interhome et pas de panneau de l'agence donc nous avons cherché une heure croyant s'étre trompé d'adresse . Aussi rue un peu bruillante .Mais la location très jolie ,soignée et spacieuse .
