## Emplacement
The 8th is the district of Paris where the Champs-Élysées are located, renowned for being the most beautiful avenue in the world. There is also the Palace of the same name (of the Élysée, therefore) which is the house traditionally assigned to the head of the French State, as well as several embassies installed in sumptuous mansions. The most impressive monument in the borough is undoubtedly the Arc de Triomphe, located at the western end of the Champs.
