About this property

Old wash house in a listed residential complex with a modern extension

The house is absolutely quiet in a green area on a small stream. It is level and easily accessible. It actually consists of 2 smaller houses with a central entrance. The sleeping area and the bathroom are in the old house, the new building contains the kitchen and the living and dining area. A spacious wooden terrace right by the stream invites you to stay outdoors. It is heated by an air heat pump so that the property can also be rented in winter.
The house has been rented out since mid-2015, and the annex was only completed in 2015. The facility dates from the same year.
Parking is in the public area, but absolutely no problem.

The House

Very nice House in a very peaceful place. We enjoy our stay very much. The house has all what we need. So if you need a house for you and your family, this has my best recommendation.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The living room is bright and airy, there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The ouside terrace with the little stream offers a lovely place to sit and relax, and have a BBQ. I would say, to keep in mind: upstairs bedroom is not really suitable for smaller children because the stairs are very steep. Fine for adults and older children.

Winterurlaub im Schwarzwald

Wir....mein Mann, unsere Hündin Lilly... und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem" alten", liebevoll und modern eingerichteten, lichtdurchfluteten Waschhaus am Rande von Hausen. Von dort aus konnte man gleich in die Natur und schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Im Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man für das tägliche Leben so braucht. Seltenst habe ich in Ferienhäusern in der Küche eine Auswahl an Gewürzen vorgefunden, lagen Handtücher ,,Müllbeutel bereit...hier war alles selbstverständlich. Das alte, antike Puppenhaus im Wohnzimmer hat es mir besonders angetan. Es ist sehr sympathisch, in ein so kinderfreundliches Haus zu kommen. Buntstifte, Papier , Holzspielzeug und jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele sowie Bücher für Klein und Groß standen zur Auswahl. Unsere Hündin war sehr begeistert von dem kleinen Bächlein, das direkt an der Terrasse vorbei fließt.....im Sommer kann ich mir das besonders schön vorstellen. Gerne habe ich vom Wohnzimmer aus in den verwunschenen Garten des Vermieters geschaut. Dass dem Vermieter ebenso wie uns Nachhaltigkeit wichtig ist, war zu spüren und das hat mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen.Wie schön, dass es diese Oase gibt. Alles in Allem kann ich dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Super toller, gemütlicher Urlaub in Top Lage

Nach einem sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter haben wir das großzügig geschnittene Haus bezogen und waren sehr positiv angetan von der Gemütlichkeit und den vielen Spielsachen für unseren Sohn. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Auch der sehr schöne Spielplatz und die Wiese in der unmittelbaren Nähe sind ein Riesen Pluspunkt.Wirbkommen gerne wieder!

Sehr netter und gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber, super gemütlich und groß.Die Lage war auch super, man kommt schnell mit dem Auto in andere Dörfer zum einkaufen und es gibt gute und viele Wander Möglichkeiten.Wir zum Beispiel sind auf den Berg “Belchen” gewandert.Also insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Nicht für Menschen mit Spinnenphobie geeignet

Super Haus, super Ausstattung, tolle ruhige Lage. Kritikpunkt: Sauberkeit; leider sehr viele Staubfäden, tote Spinnen, Spinnweben. Wenn dies nicht gewesen wäre, hätten wir sicherlich wieder gebucht.

Ein Traumhäuschen in Traumlage

Wunderbar wars, das Haus idyllisch gelegen. Sehr nette Vermieter mit guten Tipps. Der Bach gute Kneippanlage, bei diesen heissen Tagen☺️ Im Haus alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Schwarzwald ein wunderbares Feriengebiet zum Wandern,Velo fahren, baden und sehr nette Menschen. Also wirklich empfehlenswert.

Super Ferienhaus, in der Nähe von Schweiz und Frankreich

2 schöne Wochen verbracht in dieses komfortabelen Ferienhaus. Alles was man braucht ist da. Supermarkten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Gemütliche Terrasse mit ein Bach entlang der Terrasse! Sehr freundliche Empfang! Sehr zufrieden!

Bijzonder vakantiehuis

Het huis is gebouwd en mooi kunstzinnig ingericht met veel liefde. Er is genoeg ruimte en het is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet wat betreft keuken. Aan het terras grenst een ontzettend leuk beekje. We hebben hier fijne dagen gehad.

Idyllische Lage

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr gutem Ambiente. Das alte Waschhaus ist wunderbar um einen schönen Anbau erweitert worden. Sehr gelungen und stimmig. Tolle Lage direkt an einem Bach. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Check-In und Check-out sehr unkompliziert!!! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Schönes Ferienhäuschen für Familien

ein toller Aufenthalt, der total entspannt war. Das Häuschen ist richtig idyllisch gelegen, sehr toll eingerichtet, perfekt für Familien, da richtige viele Spiele für groß und klein vorhanden sind, Malsachen, Filme und Bücher. Man merkt etwas den Unterschied zwischen Alt- und Neubau, aber das ist gar nicht schlimm. Im Neubau sieht man den großen Holzbalken, im Altbau knarzt der Parkettboden, herrlich :) Im großen und ganzen war es sehr sauber, allerdings gab es hier und da etwas Staub und ein alte Spinnenweben. Direkt am Häuschen fließt ein kleines Bächlein, wo man im Sommer mal schnell die Füße abkühlen kann.
