The fully renovated home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in north St. Pete, just 12 minutes from downtown and a short distance from Gandy Beach. It boasts a fully fenced large backyard, a well-equipped kitchen and kitchenette, and four bedrooms with two bathrooms. It's just a short drive from the bridge to Tampa and close to Clearwater.
