Lovely home in Palma de Mallorca

Stay in an original former fisherman's cottage, which has been lovingly renovated. The small backyard invites you to eat and barbecue outside. 01.06. - 30.09. no groups with participants under 30 years. On the roof terrace you can enjoy cozy hours under the open sky. An outdoor shower is available for cooling off or after a swim in the sea. Due to the good connection, you can spend your vacation here even without a rental car. The beautiful beach promenade leads from Palma close to this property. After several kilometers you reach the Playa de Palma with its kilometer-long sandy beach. The sea promenade is a popular meeting place for relaxing or for sporty people: Cyclists, joggers, inline skaters, walkers, and many more. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Hübsches kleines Fischerhäuschen in idealer Lage
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Dank an Matias, der uns gute Tipps gab und sehr freundlich ein- bzw. ausgecheckt hat. Dankeschön

Unterkunft ist die 3 - Sterne nicht wert und zu teuer!
Unterkunft ist in einem schmutzigen Zustand. Wir mussten erst einmal über zwei Tage tichtig einheizen, um die Kälte des Gebäudes in einen angenehmen Zustand zu bringen. In allen Zimmern besteht ein Schimmelgeruch, welcher sich auch nach einer Woche Aufenthalt in unseren Kleidern befand. Gartenteil ist ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand.

Wonderful holiday in fantastic location
We got a taxi from the airport for €18 . We arrived at the property 7pm and were met by the owner . He showed us the house and competed some admin eg meter readings for electricity. He took time to show us where everything was and explain things which was very kind. He also gave us his mobile number to contact him in case of any problems . The property was as described, an old fisherman’s cottage . Really good sized bedrooms and large bathroom . All living areas were spacious , including a large private back yard that was not overlooked. We loved the area of el Molinar and Portitxol , plenty of really great small restaurants , no horrid tourist tat shops , lovely little beaches . There is a cycle path and walkway for several miles in each direction from here , we hired bikes from palma and also ran each morning before it got too hot . There is a fairly large supermarket 5 minutes away , and also a fabulous independent fruit and veg , bread and deli also 5 minutes away which sadly we didn’t find until 2 days before coming home , which is highly recommended , like an Aladdin’s cafe of lovely produce ! Palma is a great city to explore too , it’s about 45 minutes walk away , so we often walked there and then got a taxi home which was usually approx €5-6 so very cheap A really wonderful family holiday

Bra beliggenhet, skjermet, stille og rolig.
Leiligheten ligger i et område hvor man føler at man er en del av den lokale befolkningen. Dette synes vi var veldig positivt. Strendene var bra og lett å komme inn til Palma.

Charmantes Appartment in perfekter Lage
Das kleine Fischerhäuschen direkt in zentraler Lage in Portixol war recht einfach eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und das Nötigste war vorhanden. Durch den Innenhof und die Dachterasse mit Meerblick hatte man ein kleines Domizil für sich, was durchaus Charme hatte. Die Betten in einem Schlafzimmer waren sehr einfach, aber das soll wohl bald geändert werden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuverlässig und hat sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir würden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
