At the gateway to the Calanques National Park, 15 minutes from the seaside and the velodrome stadium and 20 minutes from Cassis by the Route de la Gineste.

Functional apartment. 3 Bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 duvet, 1 pillow, bed linen, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bedside table, 1 bedside lamp, 1 chest of drawers, and 1 built-in wardrobe or closet. Main room: dining table, 4 chairs + 2 folding chairs, 1 TV stand, TV, fiber internet box, 1 convertible sofa, 1 coffee table. Kitchen: kitchen utensils, dishes, ample storage, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker. Utility room: washing machine, drying rack, cleaning accessories. Bathroom: shower, towels, shower mat, cupboard, and single basin vanity.
You will have access to the common areas of the residence. A set of keys will be handed over in person. A second set can be provided upon a security deposit check of €150. Access to the residence is through two gates: one facing Avenue De Tassigny, open until 9:00 PM, and the other on Chemin de la Colline Saint Joseph, accessible via a provided code. A remote control that opens both gates will be provided with the keys.
Quiet, residential, and family-friendly neighborhood. The residence is closed at night and secured by a mobile guard. 15 minutes from the beach by car, 30 minutes by bus. 30 minutes by bus + metro to the Old Port.
The apartment is ideally designed for 6 people for maximum comfort. However, it can accommodate up to 8 people. For your convenience, we provide towels, bed linen, a travel crib, pet bowls, board games, and more at no extra cost. Please take care of these amenities.
Although we charge cleaning fees (thorough cleaning between each rental), I kindly ask you to unmake the beds, gather the sheets and towels on the floor, and take out your trash.
