Spacious
La Guyonnais is a spacious and bright property in a very quiet setting in the small rural village of Trigavou- and it has a lovely, very large garden which is perfect for relaxing barbecues with family and friends. Each bedroom is suitably large for two people and one has two double beds. It was easy to work out how to use the electrical amenities, (although the coffee machine didn't appear to work). There is a large table in the kitchen/diner which was great for family get-togethers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay apart from a couple of issues at the start which caused me (as the holiday organiser) a bit of stress - these were as follows: The electrical blinds in the main bedroom downstairs kept 'tripping out' so that all the electrics at that end of the building didn't work.However, this was resolved quickly by the host, which we appreciated, although it did continue to happen throughout the week intermittently, and in the end we had to stop using the blinds so that we could have lights on and use the shower. This was a shame, as the room itself is really lovely, with a large adjoining bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Also, the WiFi password was not written anywhere, so we had to actively ask for this from the host. Generally though, everything was great. Would we stay again? Definitely.
