Peaceful
So quite and homey. Our dog just loved the back porch overlooking the lake. He stayed out there for hours just watching. It was a drive to do anything, but that was the purpose, just needed time to relax and decompress.

Beautiful view, cozy and perfect spot to relax & unwind!
My family and I stayed for ten AMAZING days at this lil piece of heaven. The view was spectacular! The drive into Branson was breathtaking! We immediately felt at home when we arrived. I will most definitely be staying again here!

Great lake get away with good price
If you are extremely picky then this may not be the best for you. But, if you are just looking for a nice place to stay to look at the lake this is a great place. It has a great deck and every other amenity you would need. Price wise you're not going to find any better on the lake. I would say it is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Branson. The owner is very nice and keeps in contact. Make sure to watch out for your deposit to go back into your account because ours got stuck in VRBO, but the owner was happy to help us get it. We will definitely stay here again. We had a nice yard for the dogs to run, nice view of the lake, 3 bedrooms, grill... We had everything we could ask for :)

Wonderful, remote, quiet and beautifu! l
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the lake. The home had everything you need and was very clean. Owner was so helpful and she knows a lot about the area, Branson and the lake. All the conveniences of home and what a view. We loved sitting on the front porch, drinking coffee in the morning, grilling our dinner and watching the darkness fall over the lake. One last comment, The Corp of Engineers, who manages Table Rock Lake, does not allow private launch of a watercraft, anywhere along the shoreline. You must use a commercial launch on Table Rock Lake. Thank you again, Terri, for a wonderful get away and we will be back!

Fun time at Table Rock
Great view and the place has everything you need. Terri is great to work with as well. Only complaint would be that there is no place to launch or keep boat.

Think twice before renting this property.
The view is great, there are a lot of twist and turns to get to it, if you have small children there is a possibility of them getting car sick. There are no shoulders on the roads, It takes 30 to 45 minutes to reach Branson. The Mobile home is old and musty the water is not what you are used to, bring plenty of bottled water. Wear shoes or slippers all of the floor grilles stick up. if we could have afforded another place to go when we arrived we would have left.

Wonderful Getaway
We spent 5 days over the 4th of July with our adult children at Terri's lake house. We really enjoyed our stay and the views from the deck were amazing. The house was outdated, but it was very clean so we didn't mind that. There were no bugs whatsoever inside. It had all the amenities we needed and was a short walk to the water. We had a couple minor issues, but as soon as I contacted Terri, she had them taken care of within 5-10 minutes. We will definitely be back.

GREAT VIEWS!
We had a nice stay in this quaint lake home. It had everything we needed and a large deck with a great view of the lake. It was clean and ready when we arrived. We enjoyed the large yard and sat around a fire in the evening, star gazing and enjoying the outdoors. It is a short walk down to the lake with great fishing and swimming, the water is quite enjoyable. The owner was easy to work with and checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely come back to this getaway.

Peaceful getaway!
Everything you need is here for a great getaway for a couple, a family or anyone. The place is move-in ready and so comfortable. It is very clean and we loved the front deck. Of course, there is wonderful fishing and boating on the lake. We took the kids down to swim and had lunch at the shore everyday! Owner is easy to communicate with and was very helpful. We will be back!

"Cabin on the Lake"
My family of 6 had a really fun, long weekend at Terri's "Cabin on the Lake". There is more than enough space including the large front deck. It is spectacular to spend your mornings as well as your evenings out there enjoying the view of the lake. Yes, it is a mobile home but it is very nicely furnished and has most everything you would ever need. My kids played yard games in the big flat front yard and we loved stargazing at night. It is so remote there that seeing shooting stars in the night sky is remarkably easy to witness. The lake is a little high but very enjoyable, kids swam every day. This is our 2nd vacation here and we look forward to returning soon. It is so peaceful and you feel energized being in nature. Highly recommend for most anyone!

Poor
Could not get the code to get the key from the lock box for over a hour after check in time when we finally got the key and entered the house it smelled really bad, it had stains on the carpet and the oven didn't work right. The beds were in poor shape, and it wasn't convenient for 6 people. Would never stay there again.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot
What a great time we had at Table Rock Lake! The place has everything you could need and more. It is very clean and comfortable. Fortunately, we ignored the negative reviews, not sure what motivated them. It was exactly as advertised and is perfect for a family, a couples get away and anyone who wants a home not a motel room. My kids loved the big front yard as well. We prepared most of our meals there and used the propane grill on the covered front porch. The view is incredible and the lake is perfect for swimming, boating, tubing, fishing or just sitting on the shoreline. It is close to Branson if you want to shop, see Shows, ride Go Carts, go to Silver Dollar City, etc., lots to do! Terri is so helpful and was readily available to answer questions by text or phone. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

It was really clean . The view from the deck was great . It was a great place to relax.
It was great we had a little encounter with a skunk under the cabin . We wished we could have stayed longer. The cabin had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The view was only real enjoyment
Was dead tired after 14 hrs on road with our 2 dogs. As we drove down the last bit of drive it was a shock that it was the oldest and least visually inviting place around. I hate giving bad reviews on places and usually will skip it if not happy, but with the price and the extra deposits etc..It is NOT a place for very small children if you have them. Too many things out of repair that would be dangerous if my kids were there! Deck railing held to post s with tape! Gate fell off deck and cut my arm on way down as I tried to keep it from hitting ground. Large holes in skirting with visible animal life under trailer. Outside is the 30+ yrs old evident with lots of moss growing on roof. Hobbit any one? Inside is quite musty with some sour smell to it. The floors have soft places where it gives as if you may fall thru it. Drawers in kitchen....BEWARE..will fall off onto your feet if not expecting it thus again NOT for children! There is a lot of work that needs to be done to make it worthy of the price per nite charged. You could stay in one of the area motels with pools, view, housekeeping etc.. for about the same price. Loved the room there was for our 2 small dogs! They loved running thru back yard and tree line by lake. Our youngest had never been in a lake before and loved it! Have plenty of verifying photos to share if wanted. I lived just 1.5 miles away for 17 yrs and if parents were there now would not have been looking to pay to stay. So I am quite aware of areas amenities and activities. Again the view was super and loved the room for dogs to enjoy running. The AC worked wonderfully, could use some ceiling fans, didn't use any of the cooking appliances due to its evident age and lack of upkeep, coffee pot worked as expected. Will know if this review will stand or change depending on whether our DEPOSIT is refunded or not. There was no reason for it not to be but will just wait and see....Enjoy if all you need is a place to lay your head. Ten days later and deposit was not refunded for pets. That is not how you treat guests, esp. if you know for fact there was no damage to property. Will NOT do this again.

beautiful, peaceful, did not want to leave
The view is unbelievable and the short walk down to the shore was easy even for my bad knees:) The cabin/mobile home was well kept, large deck with roof was great to spend our days relaxing on, especially with my morning coffee and evening cocktail. Our dogs loved the large yard. No complaints, the cost was very economical compared to other rentals we have had. a few minor fix ups could be done, however we would go back without them even:) Thank you Terri for all your assistance when we had questions! Great little place for some real peace & quiet. On back deck watched fog "twirl" up off the lake.
Like I said peaceful & quiet. Peaceful, cause everything is in the cabin you need. Yes, you bring in fav things too, but there is "peace in mind" of having to think of "everything!" Quiet, cause it is just "plain quiet" when you sit & listen.

Beautiful sunrise!
It was so enjoyable to wake up each morning and enjoy the beautiful view from the back deck while sipping my morning cup of coffee. Owner was easy to work with in arranging the details for our stay. One negative aspect would be not having a place to launch or keep a boat that is by the property. I would recommend this place.

Nice, quiet, get-away
The pictures were representative of the property. Spent 3 nights and had no problems. Good view of the lake and the walk to the lake is not far. I read all of the other reviews and found most were accurate. The long, negative review was NOT representative of the property. Yes, it was a mobile home. That was not a secret. It had 3 bedrooms and 1 bath that was sufficient. It was clean and all you really need is food and clothes. If you're looking for fancy or in the "thick of it all" then this is not the place for you, if you want peace, quiet, and seclusion with lake view, trees and outdoors then this is a good place for that. The only negative thing I would say is that when I first arrived the house smelled musty/moldy but once the air conditioner cooled it down more and I lit the scented candle in the living room the smell dissipated. Terri was quick to respond to my booking request, emails, and texts. She texted to make sure I had arrived safely. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again

Great Lake Experience!
I very rarely write reviews, but I felt I should because previous reviews made it difficult for us to decide to stay here. Stephanie B's review almost ruined our vacation before it started! I will agree wholeheartedly with the two reviews posted before mine. This house is a single-wide mobile home. If any of you are old enough to remember the days when buying a "second home" meant a mobile home in a retirement trailer park, you know exactly what type of property this is (although the neighborhood is not a park but a lovely set of homes). Staying at this location reminded me of my visits with my grandparents. I will admit that the house needs a little TLC. The blinds in the master bedroom no longer work, so all the lovely views pictured from that room were not available to us. The linoleum is coming undone in the bathroom. These are all fixable issues, and Terri is sure to take care of them. It also took us about a day to get used to the tight spaces (I had to climb into the closet to open the trundles and make those beds), but once we did, we were very happy. What makes this place special is its location. The views you see in the picture are exactly what you will get. What is even more lovely is the absolute quiet at this part of the lake. You will see (and hear) an occasional boat - or a neighbor or two at the private boat dock - but for the most part, the peace is luxurious. Before we arrived, we bought some loungers, river tubes, and an inflatable two-man boat. We took them all down to the shore and spent the entire week floating in the water. My children are also all competitive swimmers, and boy did we get in a lot of open water swimming! The shore is rocky but easy to launch rafts and tubes from - or walk out into the water. My husband and some of my children fished - small bluegills and crappies. There are also small freshwater clam shells in the shallow edges of the water that are really fun to hunt for. The drive to Branson was far - about 40 minutes - so if you know you plan to spend lots of time there, this might not be the place for you. If you do head into Branson, come home via Kimberling City. That bridge boasts beautiful sunsets! Also grab lunch at Corner Drive-In right in Lampe - great take-out and veteran-owned! Just as a final note of interest - Terri has a great collection of VHS tapes. Share a bit of nostalgia with your children and show them "how we watched things when we were their age"! Jaws was a hit!

Beautiful view
Be sure and read all of the details and look at the photos before you rent this place so you know exactly what you are renting. My family stayed here five nights with little or no problem. However, if you are looking for a five star condo/hotel, this is not your place. It reminded me of my grandparents house growing up. Everything in the decor of the mobile home is original (with upgraded amenities like wi-fi and satellite) and the view from the back deck is beautiful. It is a short hike down to the lake, but the trip is not for the faint of heart (it is a pretty steep incline to get back up the hill). My son and niece fished every day down at the lake and had a blast. It will take you about 30 minutes to get into Branson from here, but it is a nice drive and there are other stores, gas stations, etc. within a few minutes of the rental. All in all, we had a great time during our stay.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay - could use a little TLC
So we just finished our 1 week stay at Terri's home (7/31/16) and were very happy with everything - although some inexpensive TLC could certainly up the "curb appeal" of the home The review from Stephanie really is not fair or balanced and so here are the Pros and Cons of the property The Pros Great, large rear covered deck with sensational, close views of lake 2 minutes easy walk to secluded shoreline where you can picnic and swim - water was very warm! Fantastic newer Trane AC system which kept the whole house very cool - so many registers throughout blowing so much cool air! The home - sure it is a Mobile home -- so what? - is very comfortable, is equipped with everything you could realistically want or need - microwave, range, fridge, pots/pans etc - Terri even provides shampoo and some toiletries TVs throughout the home, although only LR has Dish Great cleaner - Trish is so nice and does a terrific job cleaning before you arrive Terri - a real pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive - we were getting replies from Terri and Trish usually within a couple of minutes of our texts 5 minute drive to Lampe where there is an excellent home cooking restaurant - The Filling Station, gas, ice, drive through 10 minute drive to Kimberling - where there is an excellent Hen House-type supermarket, a terrifica marina where you can rent all types of water craft The Cons WiFi - although strong signal from T-Mobile - the service has data throttling - so after you use 1GB of 4G data, you are throttled back to 3G - which is adequate for email, basic surfing but otherwise useless The TLC aspect - well, it really would be a good idea if Terri could invest a few hundred dollars to repair/replace some items - like the roller blinds in the bedroom are torn in some cases and are held in place with tape as they no longer roll up But the main takeaway is this - you have a gorgeous location, a manageable and comfortable accommodation, great people to work with - and if Branson is your cup of tea - then you have a perfectly acceptable drive into Branson for the shows and other attractions
