This beautiful and spacious apartment under the roofs of Paris is located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom and a shower room, both functional;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a nice balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view. The view from the balcony is of the Eiffel Tower.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Refrigerator, TV, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, etc. Please note that linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 5 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Jardin Atlantique is a 5-minute walk away;
- the Tour Montparnasse at 9 minutes;
- the Jardin du Luxembourg at 24 minutes;

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively area. It provides access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. One is well there thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
