Welcome to this magnificent new luxury home, a veritable oasis of comfort nestling in the heart of the countryside and just a stone's throw from Aber Ildut. With its 170m² of living space and vast 2000m² plot, this residence offers an idyllic setting for unforgettable holidays in Brittany.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the large cathedral living room, bathed in natural light, comprising a spacious lounge, a convivial living room and a superb fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Direct access to the terrace allows you to make the most of the outdoors, where an outdoor jacuzzi heated to 37 degrees awaits you, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

On the ground floor, you'll also find a large master suite with its own 160x200 bed, dressing room, private shower room and direct access to the terrace, as well as two other master suites, each with its own 160x200 bed, separate toilet and shower room.

Upstairs, a welcoming mezzanine houses a small lounge, perfect for relaxing, as well as the last bedroom with a double 140cm bed.

Outside, the terrace has a large table for al fresco dining, a seating area for relaxing and a barbecue for barbecuing. But above all, you can take advantage of the heated jacuzzi to relax after a long day.

The house is located in a peaceful countryside setting, offering absolute tranquillity while being just a short stroll from Aber Ildut, the ideal starting point for hiking the famous GR34 coastal path.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and giving advice on things to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Brest les Abers golf course, just 5 km from the house.
