30 DAY MINIMUM: Cabin-themed house on a working avocado-ranch surrounded by avocado trees. House is 2 story with the master bedroom upstairs with windows that take advantage of views of the oaks and Carpinteria foothills. Solid internet/wifi connection for those needing connectivity. Tv upstairs and downstairs. A washer/dryer in the house is very handy. The weather is generally exceptional and mild in Carpinteria.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. The King bed is upstairs and has a half bath. Downstairs is a bedroom with a single bed and next to it is a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and next to this room is a bathroom with a full shower/tub. The kitchen/living room/dining room is all one room and is the central gathering area. Outside there are lawns, deck with patio furniture, and a BBQ area with sink.

Wonderful!

I stayed at this cozy, immaculately clean cottage for two months, and I truly enjoyed my entire stay. Hillary, the owner, went above and beyond to make my time even more enjoyable. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful with lots of singing birds around. I wholeheartedly recommend this property; thanks again, Hillary and Peter!

It was wonderful !

Our stay was above what we ever expected! It was super clean! Our family was in transition waiting for our home. This was over the holidays. We were able to celebrate and have a great time! I would recommend this place to all families! The one only downside is that there are no pets accepted. We had to board our dog. But it was fine we truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Hilary!!
