About this property
Spacious Condo in Heart of Downtown Long Beach w/ Free Parking
Enjoy your stay at this modern, industrial condo located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. The condo is walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, buses/Metro line, many nice restaurants, and is perfectly located for individuals hoping to explore the many attractions of Los Angeles and Orange County.
You'll have access to a state of the art gym, a large common room perfect for events/game nights, and 2 private parking spaces with 24 hour security and camera surveillance.
The condo is very cozy, quiet, and accommodating. It's two stories and has very high ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total. The first bedroom is located on the ground level and has a private bathroom, and the other bedroom is located on the upper level and has a walk-in closet and private balcony, and each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated workspace. There are also a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area located on the upper level.
There is also a separate commercial unit attached to the condo on the ground level that the host uses as a photo studio, so there will be occasional noise coming from this space; however, there is a separate, street side entrance for this unit, so you will have complete privacy and you won't have to worry about anybody coming into your space.
There is a parking garage with public, private, and resident guest parking located on the premises. The guest(s) will have 2 designated parking spots in the garage. For those who decide not to drive, the home is perfectly located to get around by walking, biking, public transit, or any other mode of transportation, and this neighborhood boasts a walking score of 97. The building is located next to a bus/metro rail train access only street where individuals can catch the Blue line metro rail or a multitude of Long Beach Transit buses to explore the many activities and attractions throughout the LA and Orange County areas.
Other amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, washer & dryer, elevator, common room/area, security/secured parking, furnished home, wifi/tv/utilities included in rent, monthly cleaner, gym w/ yoga studio on property, bidet, bathroom/cleaning supplies, and dedicated workspace. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water.
Downtown Long Beach is a very diverse location rich with culture. There are many tourist destinations as well as mom and pop shops within walking distance from the condo.
Events, farmer's markets, festivals, and more occur year round in DTLB, so there's always something fun to do and experience! One of my favorite events that is walking distance from the condo is the Long Beach Grand Prix which is the longest running major street race in North America. It occurs annually in April, so I highly recommend checking it out if you're around.
However, if that's not your thing, the Long Beach Jazz Festival, the Christmas tree lighting at the Terrace Theater Plaza, Long Beach Pride, and Juneteenth, are just a few of the many events that you can check out and are hosted walking distance from the condo.
Although it can get noisy outside since we're located in such an urban environment, it's generally pretty quiet in the condo. There are some homeless and mentally unstable individuals around so be aware, but the neighborhood and condo complex are very safe and comfortable.

About the host
Hosted by Isaiah Everett

Hi, my name is Isaiah! I'm a photographer and entrepreneur from Los Angeles currently living in Long Beach with my aussiedoodle pup and 2 gopher snakes. I graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in mathematics in 2018 and I've been working in different roles at Adobe since. Outside of my day job, I love growing my photography and home businesses, traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, and working out.
Why they chose this property
Long Beach is such a unique city, and I've really enjoyed living here in downtown the past 2+ years. There's always something to do, places to visit, food and activities to experience, and so much more. It's generally sunny year round, so I love walking my dog around the neighborhood and people watching or meeting new folks. There's always events and activities that give you the opportunity to support small businesses and meet people in the community, and Long Beach just has great vibes. It's a very welcoming place, and I'm fortunate to call it home!
What makes this property unique
My home is literally located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. Restaurants, bars, the convention center, shopping centers, a library, parks, the harbor, the beach, and so much more are walking distance from the front door. I like to say that my home is a little slice of paradise hidden in a beautiful chaos.
There's plenty to do in Long Beach, and it's perfectly located to explore LA/Orange County and the surrounding areas if you're interested, but the condo and its amenities provide just enough peace, quiet, and comfort to create your own little paradise that you don't want to leave sometimes.
