Welcome to this gorgeous pool home perfect for your family to hang out and relax! This home has beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, fenced in backyard, indoor and outdoor dining, beautiful screened in outdoor area with waterfall style pool, fenced in yard with tropical palms and a spacious kitchen/living area. It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and is near an array of restaurants, shops, beach shop, gyms, grocery stores, Largo Golf Course and pharmacies.

This Florida home has a fully equipped kitchen, two dining tables and bar seats, spacious living room with a sectional couch and doors leading right out to the screened in pool area with more dining area and hangout space. Front room has enough space to play board games in and has a pool table to play on as well. Home features a split floor plan with the master wing being on one side of the home and the guest rooms and bathroom being on the other end.

Master bedroom is a spacious wing of the house with a walk-in and through closet that has a sliding barn door that leads to the bathroom with a soaking jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, double vanity areas, and private toilet room. It has a king sized bed with a sitting area with a couch, a desk if you need to work remotely, and TV. Also has french doors leading out to the waterfall side of the screened in pool.

Guest room 1 has a king sized bed, closet, TV, ceiling fan, and view of the backyard.

Guest room 2 has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top and a single twin bed. Also has a TV, closet, and a view of the back and side yard.

Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with storage. It also has a door to go to the screened in pool area for easy bathroom access during swim time.

For guest convenience there is an indoor laundry room.

Screened in pool is ideal for Florida living, you can simply walk out of the home to one of the sitting areas to enjoy your morning coffee, meals or the relaxing waterfall feature and Florida sun. Pool loungers are also a great addition to enjoying this outdoor living space.

Backyard has tropical palms and is fully fenced with a gas grill, outdoor games, and lounge chairs provided for your use.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This property provides 3-4 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Besides being in the heart of Largo, FL with retail and restaurants the surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
