In the commune of La Seyne-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 155 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, approx. 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive living room with functional fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping area and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 750 m² garden! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Explore the coastal path, accessible from all the beaches of La Verne, Vernette and Fabregas.
- Enjoy the Sablettes market every evening from July to August.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles).
