In the commune of Nézignan-l'Évêque, we offer this charming 148 m², south-facing, air-conditioned villa for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. - Bedroom 3: dormitory area with 3 single beds (90×190) and dressing area
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² private enclosed garden with garden furniture
- A 15 m² terrace at the front of the property, with outdoor seating to make the most of the fine weather
- A 65 m² terrace at the rear of the property, with table and chairs.

The house is ideally located in Nézignan-l'Évêque, in very pleasant surroundings surrounded by fields and vineyards. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
