Great stay!

Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The location of the house is great- close to the beach, wineries and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and host

We fully enjoyed our stay at Brian's home. The listing details and photos are fully accurate. The backyard was so nice for our dog. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Fork getaway. In addition, the south shore beaches are a short 25 minute drive from the house. Thank you, Brian!

Wonderful!!

The property was beautiful everything in the home was spotless! The BEDS were beyond comfortable! The yard was huge the hot tub was amazing! So many things to do near by. A beautiful beach 5 minutes away (no waves), delicious restaurant on the water with spectacular sunsets, also 5 minutes away. Farms stands every direction within in minutes from the house! Literally in the heart of it all, the Vineyards were nearby and lovely. We could not have been happier with the home and location! Thank you Brian for an amazing trip my little girl will never forget!!

End of Summer Beach Trip

We rented Brian’s property for our family vacation and it did not disappoint! The pictures from the listing were very accurate and several special touches really made it feel like a home away from home. There were a few things we needed to ask Brian while staying there and he was quick to get back to us each time. Location was perfect for us too, the neighborhood was quiet yet close to all of the conveniences we needed. Our kids especially loved the large backyard where we played volleyball and badminton! We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone who is interested in staying in Riverhead. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great home for family, newly renovated, immaculate, and amazing property owners.

The house is wonderful, newly renovated, well-appointed and immaculate. Situated on a quiet residential street, close to wineries and an easy drive to the beaches. It has everything you need to relax with a hot-tub, outdoor games, fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a grill. You can't go wrong staying her, the homeowners are exceptional! They put a lot of thought into making the home a place that is welcoming to visitors with supplies and treats for kids. He welcomed us, showed us around and immediately addressed and responded to our questions. We would definitely come back again!
